In 2009, Ashley’s first son was born and spent the first days of his life in the NICU. This is what inspired her career in respiratory care.

Prior to joining the Sail team, she spent 6 years working with our Neonatal-Pediatric sister company, Wave Healthcare.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ashley felt a calling to work in the hospital setting. It was then that she was motivated to switch to adult care.

Ashley came to Sail with 10 years’ experience as a respiratory care practitioner. She holds her National Neonatal Pediatric Specialty and Certified Asthma Educator Credentials. She also has a master’s degree in healthcare administration and is currently studying to become a Power Yoga Instructor.
