Jocelyn was born and raised in San Antonio, and she has been a Case Manager with Sail since 2023. 

She received her Associate’s Degree in biology from Palo Alto College, and then went into nursing. Jocelyn is compassionate and dedicated to providing the best care for our patients. She is bilingual and happily assists families in both English and Spanish.
