All of Sail Healthcare services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. After business hours, weekends and all major holidays, we provide On-Call Services by our Respiratory Care Practitioners, Service Technicians and Case Managers.
Our business culture revolves around clinical expertise and customer service. In order to accomplish this level of commitment, a Case Manager is assigned to individual clients to expedite all necessary services. Case Managers will work with families and/ or healthcare providers to coordinate insurance, authorization, physician orders and deliveries.
Sail healthcare is dedicated to providing clinical expertise through the services of their Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP). Our RCPs will support your child through education of respiratory medical equipment for family members and caregivers. This includes regularly scheduled visits and collaboration with clinicians, community caregivers and families, all of which is vital to the success of your child’s clinical objective.
Our professional Service Technicians are responsibile for timely delivery of your medical equipment and supplies. They will also help coordinate pick-up and repair of rented and can assist with client-owned equipment.
